In order to move forward, one needs creativity and action. RiverToSuccess/RTS helps to define success by thinking out of the box, whilst identifying completely with the situation at hand. A creative process, a whole range of ideas, ambition and inspiration comes out into the open. Usually, this is accompanied by mental and financial investments.

However, any creative process needs to be translated into a physical plan for realisation and implementation. Whenever innovation, change management, development and/or results are needed, we are asked to join the process. RiverToSuccess is able to fulfil any given role in the process that runs from the bold idea on to realisation and implementation of the physical plan.

Thanks to a diverse background of projects we have been in, we are able to fully identify with the market situation at hand, without losing touch regarding corporate identity and the day-to-day business. This is what RTS calls 'Action Consultancy', and that is why we are asked by such a variety of customers, profit or non-profit; regional, national or international, corporate or governmental.

We would like to name a small selection of recent projects we have been involved in:

• Creating a strategic plan for global procurement in order to cover rapid expansion of a company in industrial consumption goods, as well as leading the overall implementation project.

• Stimulating cooperation between regional governmental bodies on a environmental and economical level

• For a multinational in recycling we researched tangible opportunities to gain instant efficiency, including project-wise implementation

• A study on the market potential of fur (fashion)

• A study to anchor and develop industry (and employment) by creating a cross-border railway line. Further information on this project can be found on our 'FENIX' page. This project has now entered a next stage, in collaboration with governmental bodies and the industry

• New commercial energy sources: in conjunction with two technical companies, RTS has developed a small water turbine which produces high efficiency out of managing small volumes of water and coping with low fall. These turbines can be used stand-alone or in networks, handing the opportunity to generate power in an environmental friendly manner. The efficiency of these turbine networks are of course depending of environmental factors such as ecology, landscape and fish migration. Further project moves are being prepared in conjunction with Polders (Waterdistricts) and regional governmental bodies.
