RTS is a characteristic of a “think-and-do” company. We execute projects and routes that seem almost unsolvable or impassable. We enter into the middle of the process and mix project leadership with management instruments (such as planning, budgeting, monitoring, progress reports and ruling documents), Strategy & Projects (S&P) stands for a successful execution of your project.

As in every stage, communication is as important as content and capacity. All parties and factors have an influence, and S&P defines every single stage as an individual project. For each project, we carefully determine which way of working is most efficient and what tools should be used. This, of course, with keeping the final goal in mind. Our fundamental attitude is positive and optimistic, however critical and business like. Generally, S&P convoys projects from start to end, however we can also be put in more specific roles such as brainstorming, stimulating, networking, researching, and so on.
